After creating the sitemap, upload it to your website and submit the sitemap URL in the Sitemaps section of Google Search Console.

Requesting Google to Index Your Pages

After your sitemap is submitted, you can request indexing for important pages. In Google Search Console, use the URL Inspection tool to enter the page you want indexed. Google will check if the page is already indexed and give you the option to request indexing. This sends a signal to Google’s crawlers to review your page and add it to search results.

 

Monitoring Your Website in Search Console

Once your site is indexed, Google Search Console becomes an ongoing monitoring tool. You can track search performance, see which keywords are driving traffic, and identify technical errors that may affect your visibility. Checking the console regularly helps ensure your website continues to perform well in search results.
